8Account Closure & Suspension

• By court order or directive from a regulatory authority.

When an account is closed at a member's request, any outstanding balance is generally refunded within 7 business days, provided no restrictions apply. If closure is initiated by 888 liv, the balance will be settled based on the circumstances.

9Limitation of Liability

• Interruption to a betting or gaming session caused by loss of internet connection.
